the holiday is almost here! :D

YES!! Finally!! The holiday that I've been waiting for umm I dunno..a month(!!!!) (That's like a year to me gosh I'm so impatient) is finally near! I just have to go through 2 more exams! Gosh I'm so happy and extremely excited! I can't wait to do all the things that I've planned since last month! Aaaaa going to shop a lot! Going to make my life better :) but of course I'm going to be sad bcos my big brothaaa is going to move to sydney awww :'( bet I'll cry aw so sad. But the most important thing of the holiday is that we don't have to study for 2 months! I'm so happy! I'm so sick of those teachers ughh. I wont miss them at all.....well maybe I will miss the teachers who I like but just a bit! Haha. Can't believe I'm going to be a 9th grader..soon!! Well I think that's all for now, I'm too excited to type a long post :D well chaoo

The Academy Awards

Recently The Academy Awards took place in te Kodak Theatre (if im not mistaken), and the celebrities were dressed nicely, Zac Efron puts on a tie but please comb your hair, Zac. Tom Ford puts on a flower ornament on his tuxedo which look very elegant, and Miley Cyrus wears an appropriate long dress (thank God) for the evening. i watched the Fashion Police 2010 on E! and the best dressed goes to Sandra Bullock, she was wearing a really nice Marchesa dress, it think it was gold.....and well the worst dressed goes to....Charlize Theron for her 'cinnamon buns' lol! Btw, have u noticed Carry Mulligan's Prada dress? it was very very cute, small kitchen utensils ornament were stuck on the dress :) i love it, it was genius! i would definitely wear that in public! LOL.

i suck at sewing

today i learned how to sew, it was very complicated, guess my dreams of becoming like Jenny Humphrey wont come true *sighs* i dunno, im not sure cause i suck at sewing! and plus the fact that my mum is teaching me, i suck more! omaegawd sewing is hard.. but i havent tried sewing with a sewing machine, we'll just have to wait and see. and my mum looked like she was 'forced' to teach me and she wasted the time by bbm-ing with her friends ugh i was like "put that bb down and teach me!" there were lots of time that i would really wanna throw her bb to the floor and just stomp on it gahhh!! but i have to say BBs are really really really really distracting, ever since my mum bought a bb she keeps ignoring me, i have to repeat myself at least twice when im talking to her and she sometimes she acts like she is suffering from autism omaegawd i cant stand her when she is like that, but what else can i do? me myself cant live without bb, gosh im addicted to bb too, oh well, like mother like daughter :) but i listen to what people are talking and really understand them, unlike my mum (duhhh!)
back to topic, i really am desperate! plus i dont have much patience, i dont like being patient, like for example when im walking and if there's a person in front of me who walks sooooooooo slow, as slow as a snail, i would wanna kick her from the back omaegawd i cannot stand slow people. they make me sick!(no offense) my mum often tells me that im really slow but guess what mum?? ur often slower than me especially when ur bbm-ing with someone! like for example, usually we have church on Sunday (of course) at 9 a.m and i would be really busy getting ready and stuff and i went down to my mum's room to see if she's ready or not and i would find her still bbm-ing with someone and havent took shower ughhh that really annoys me!
bottom line, I DO NOT LIKE BEING PATIENT

my really really weird dream

yesterday, i dreamt my dad's friend's son is JUSTIN BIEBER! honestly, i didnt really like him until now. that dream really changed the way i look at jbiebs now.
i dunno how or why i knew my dad knew jbiebs, i didnt remember the dream perfectly. i remembered that i was studying for a test i had on the next day when jbiebs appeared right in front of me. i think i dreamt about him because i saw my friend Bella's tweet "14th of Febuary (sumting blablabla)" from jbiebs' song One Less Lonely Girl before i went to bed and i love that song! and i asked him when was he going back? he said he was going back on the last week of Febuary and i was sooo happy oh!and i also remembered that he told me he was born in Indonesia i was so excited i tweeted "with jbiebs" omygod it was so funny and i remembered feeling dissapointed because i forgot to take a picture with him before he left. and then i remembered we went to a party, but he brought a girl and i thought she was his gf, i was really upset, and i met Nick Jonas! omygosh i love Nick Jonas! he's like my fave bro from the Jonas Brothers though i must say Joe is sooooooooo gorgeous!
just now i bought this magazine, Looks and as i flipped the pages of it i was quite surprised to see an article of jbiebs. IT WAS SOOOOOO IRONIC!! yea i still couldnt believe i had a dream about Jbiebs.

most of the people were not very happy about chinese new year sharing the special day with v-day. but we couldnt do anything about it, might as well enjoy the doubled day.
i did receive many angpaos. i went to my great grandma's house and my grandma's house. my cousins are very little. the oldest cousin is in Seattle and Perth, so i had to play with other cousins, like my 6 and 7-year-old cousins. we played hide and seek omygosh i know i was very immature.
i wore this girly lacey dress, with a vintage necklace i bough from Penang, oh and a pair of new Bally shoes i bought from Las Vegas. and i carried a vintage Aigner bag, it was very very very small but mom thought it was the perfect size for me. oh well...
my cousing Christie, she's in the second grade. she copied me! yesterday i told her that i dont need to brush my hair after i woke up and she was playing with my small black bag, today her mom told me that she wanted to curl her hair and make it messy so that she could be like me, and she carried a Chanel small black bag, and she wore a gray dress with lace and black buttons. omaegawd she is such a copycat.
but she's nice to me, i really like to order her around and i love to trick her. bet she sees me as her idol. omygawd im so mean but i love being mean >:) hoho.
when i arrived home after the tiring day, i counted the total of the angpaos, it was quite dissapointing. i used to stay at my cousin's until the sky was dark but today i couldnt as i have church at 5 pm.

HI! this is my third post!
okay i have a dilemma.. i just bought a gogirl magazine and it gave me a bonus shirt. and it's kinda boring ya know (no offense gogirl i love ur mag) lol its color is not bright and i like bright colors. i was thinking i could add a chunky colorful necklace, or maybe i could rip the back of the shirt, i cant decide! or maybe i could wear it with some animal-pattern printed leggings and wear it with ankle boots or gladiator wedges. or maybe i could tie the end of a shirt and wear a bright-coloured top underneath. ah! a big tough belt could work, okay now im confused. guess i'll wear it with anything that pops out of my head when im actually wearing the shirt.

okay so imma tell u about my newest hobby
okay ive watched Gossip Girl and i love Jenny Humphrey so i tried to design clothes too. well it's not as cool as Jenny's but it's not that bad either. lol i like to combine the beads and diamods yea i love diamonds and u know what? ive been working on a design and i love it but i red it on some random magazine that Topshop has already designed and even produced it. it really is similar to mine lol with the lace and stuff. i was kinda dissapointed but now im not and i've kept working on designs though my skill havent improved a lot but i love to draw and be creative. I LOVE MY NEW HOBBY
whenever im bored at school i love to design and cover them up if my friends walk by lol bacause im kinda embarassed to be a "geek" that likes to draw and stuff. (no offense)
i really wanna go to a designing tuition. but i cant cause my schedule is soo full and it's so far away and i'm sure that middle-aged women go to that tuition. Eek! i dun want to have middle-aged as my "friends" cause we dont have anything in common, ladies! lol NO OFFENSE :D

yea i know i havent been posting a lot well because im kinda busy with the tests and tuitions. but i'll keep posting whenever i have time. ;)

Do you know how much a polar bear weights? If you don’t know, well neither do I! but I know it’s heavy enough to break the ice! Hi! I’m Joanna… Get it? It’s a pick-up line I’ve learned from a friend to avoid awkwardness and to meet people. Cute right? LOL

Let me introduce myself, as I’ve mentioned before, my name is Joanna. I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia on the 28th of January 1996. I’m still in middle school, in the 8th grade to be exact and I’m not lovin’ it. It totally sucks! Art is my passion (I think LOL) I love designing and stuff, I even love baking and cooking. I looooveee those artsy stuff.

My dream is to study in FIDM (L.A) when I’m older where my mum (and Lauren Conrad, my idol!) have studied. I’ve been there recently. And yes it was amazing. There is a tiny vintage store, and the garden was ah-mazing. Mum told me to study in Australia first  as dad didn’t let me go to L.A alone by myself as I’m so young and L.A is so far from Indonesia. I think I’ll major in merchandising or maybe designing. I don’t know, I can’t decide NOW.


I adore designers like Karl Lagerfield, Marc Jacobs, Donatella Versace, Stella McCartney, Roberto Cavalli, Michael Kors, Betsey Johnson, Valentino, Derek Lam, etc. I looooveeeeeeee Nicholas Ghesquiere!! I heart those Balenciaga bags and shoes, especially those clutches! My first personal Balenciaga bag is the pink Part-Time collection with big silver buttons! Yeah I remember my dad scolded my mum for buying that bag for me. He said I’m too young to have expensive bags :p LOL

I love Jessica Stroup, Taylor Momsen, Alexa Chung, Zoe Kravitz, Selena Gomez, the Olsen twins, 13-years-old blogger Tavi Williams, Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, (etc)’s style. I cannot wait to see Selena Gomez’s upcoming clothing line “Dream Out Loud”
